At Craze Beauty Bar, providing you with an exceptional experience and the best possible service at every single appointment is our top priority.
All of our hair services are non refundable, but if you are not 100% satisfied with anything, please let us know right away. We’ll do our best to make any adjustments while you’re here, ensuring that you leave with a look that you love.
Cancellations
If you need to reschedule an appointment please do so within 24 hours from your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee (50% of service total).
If you are more than 15 minutes late yo your appointment, you will be charged a $15 late fee. Appointment will be cancelled after 30 minutes of no show.
