  • When I request an appointment, how long does it take for the appointment to be confirmed?"
    Once we receive the request, we reach out to the school to add you on the books. This is a temporary option until our stylist graduates in April 2022. Once the school confirms your request, they will send out a confirmation text message. If you do not receive a confirmation text, the appointment has not been booked. We will reach out to the client if there are any discrepancies.
  • How long is the shipping?
    Shipping times are located under the shipping & refund policy.
  • Do you offer services that are not listed?
    Yes. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the services.
